Racing fuels are blended with several high quality mixtures to enable the fuel matches to the high performance racing engines. Octane rating of the fuel should be below 110 and is strictly regulated in US. Even many racers uses the aviation fuels to increase the capacity but is strictly regulated in many countries. Aviation gasolines are preferred for only limited application but for the maximum performance races go for the racing gasoline instead of aviation gasoline because they need their bike engine to be immune to detonation. The primary element of safety in racing is the tire which is responsible for the gripping against skidding in steep curves. It is also offence to use these tracing tires in the highway. Tubular tire was the most used racing tires but because of the high risk included in repairing them they have become out of market today. Though high quality race tires have been used during races it requires a frequent replacement of tires. Slick tire was one among them which had no grooves on them so as to provide the maximum contact area to the surface to improve the grip.
