Cooling system in any vehicle is as important as the bike itself. The main purpose of such cooling system is to radiate the internally formed heat due to combustion. When it is overheated it may leads to the halt of engine. The main composition of a cooling system is the radiator which is in contact with the cooling liquid. The heat from the liquid is radiated outwards by these radiators. The air passage present in this system has a diameter which increases gradually towards outlet end ad is typically in the shape of a rectangular whose height is two times that of the width. A bike with an excellent cooling system can be free from wear and tear for a longer time. In modern bikes automated cooling systems which cool the vehicle automatically based on the temperature and pressure inside the engine are used.
